Timothy R. Justice - President of Rescom Construction

  • Mr. Justice is responsible for the company’s business development, asset management, financial analyses and strategic planning. Mr. Justice and co-owner Joe McLaughlin established the company in 1989 and have developed it into Greenville’s leading specialty contractor in commercial renovations and tenant upfits.
  • Prior to Rescom, he was Manager of Property Management Accounting for U.S. Shelter Corporation, as well as Corporate Controller for T. Walter Brashier & Associates, both in Greenville, SC. Mr. Justice is a 1982 graduate of Garner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, SC, where he received a B.S. in Accounting.
  • For the past ten years, Mr. Justice has been active in community and civic programs, locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • A longstanding member of the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Justice has served on its Board of Directors since 2003. He served two years as Vice-Chair of the Chamber’s Economic Development program, and for three years chaired its Advantage Greenville organization. Twice a Past Chair of the Chamber’s Real Estate Economic Development Committee, Mr. Justice now also serves on its PULSE Advisory Board.
  • Recently, Greenville Magazine cited him as one of the community’s “50 Most Influential Citizens."

Joseph W. McLaughlin - Vice President of Rescom Construction

  • Mr. McLaughlin has served as Vice President of Construction at Rescom since 1989. He oversees all estimating activities, all aspects of construction, and coordinates all design/build projects.
  • He also assists in business development, analyzes overhead/job costs, and serves as project manger for major projects.
  • Before joining Rescom Construction, he served as Vice President of U.S. Shelter Corp., where he oversaw construction and development of major projects, including retirement, residential, and resort projects in North and South Carolina. Mr. McLaughlin also served as Project Manager at Burriss Construction Co. (Columbia) and Brittain Constructors.
  • Mr. McLaughlin is an alumnus of Clemson University where he earned a B.S. in Building Construction and Architectural Design.
