As much as we plan for perfection, projects rarely unfold exactly according to the timeline. For some builders, obstacles are unavoidable and set projects back. Respect for their people and property
A lot of our projects are in multi-tenant buildings. So, not only are we focused on every aspect of job safety, we’re equally meticulous about minimizing any disruption to those who work or visit the building. This includes noise, dust, fumes and odors, as well as the disposition of removed materials and the transport of new building products.
Craftsmanship
It sounds old fashioned, but our biggest goal with every project is to see you excited about the workmanship. That’s why we have an in-house team of artisan-tradesmen for many of the high-value aspects of your project. Just as important, we’ve cultivated lasting relationships with the area’s elite subcontractors who share our dedication to a job done right.
Organization
Our management systems have been perfected over many years. Some practices are proprietary, some are common sense. The foundation is simple: Plan, confirm, track, be flexible and have contingencies. It also helps when we’re routinely managing 10-15 upfit projects at any moment in the Upstate. This allows us to move our tradesmen and subcontractor teams fluidly, minimizing schedule disruptions.
Pricing
Being the Upstate’s largest commercial upfit construction companies has its advantages. We purchase commonly used building materials in bulk and maintain inventories. For other products, our buying power earns us very competitive pricing. These savings are passed on to you.
Transparency
Our business moves much too quickly to be anything but open and honest. Transparency begins with estimates based on the initial test fit, and never changes as the project takes shape. We share everything, including all outside costs and our fees.
Hands-On Leadership
Our three owning partners – Tyler McKee, Randy Moore and Jimmy Giorgi – are actively engaged in every aspect of Rescom, from estimating and project coordination to asset management and strategic planning. There’s not a day that we’re not plugged into every project and each client.
