As the Upstate’s upfit specialist since 1989, Rescom runs on a different kind of engine, compared to traditional ground-up general contractors. Our projects are quick-turn and demanding. Schedules are challenging. New tenants typically have a tight window to move in and be ready for business.

Rather than wait for the punch list AFTER the majority of work is done, we inspect all our work as it happens with a hyper-critical eye. When we see issues, we add them to our in-house Rescom List and immediately schedule follow-up to correct the problem. That way, coming down the home stretch, we rarely encounter surprises and all the scrambling that comes with them.
