COMMERCIAL REMODELING
A commercial remodel can be a great option that many businesses choose to undertake instead of building an entirely new facility. A business that doesn’t have the property to expand may choose a remodel to maximize the efficiency of the space they have available. This can be a lucrative move for a company that needs to grow but does not have the financial means to invest in an entirely new location and building.
TENANT UPFIT
Modifications of a commercial space made by either the building owner or tenant in order to configure the space to accommodate the specific requirements of the tenant. These are customized alterations a building owner makes to commercial space as part of a lease agreement, in order to configure the space for the needs of that particular tenant. These include interior modifications to floor plans, adding amenities, updating lighting and upgrading finishes such as flooring, ceiling, millwork, and wall finishes. They can also include exterior modifications to the building facade, parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and signage.
INTERIOR MODIFICATIONS

Interior improvements are the customized and/or standardized alterations a building owner and/or tenant makes to commercial space prior to a lease or as part of a lease agreement.
