Once we’re awarded a project, open communication between Rescom and the architectural design team is critical. From the outset, we’re probing to proactively identify unexpected issues that could impact the schedule and budgets. Our focus is also on getting all submittals approved and long lead items identified.

We look for opportunities to value-engineer various aspects of the project. We’re open to untraditional solutions when necessary. It might be selecting less expensive materials of comparable quality. It may be simply moving a wall to avoid costly adjustments by other trades. We focus on maximizing value throughout … looking for cost effective ways to get you what you want and not feel like you’ve had to make sacrifices.
