Because our business is exclusively upfits and renovations, Rescom is typically managing 10 to 15 construction projects at any given time. That takes total focus, repeatable processes, clear communication and the willingness to be flexible. Just as important is our network of subcontractors that are dedicated to higher standards of quality workmanship and professionalism.
As the general contractor, our job is to effectively manage each week, each day and each hour. We’re guided by a complete understanding of our client’s expectations, architectural plans, the timely availability of materials and the sequencing of subcontractors.
